UPVC Roofline

UPVC cladding, fascias and soffits will eliminate the need for you to paint ever again whilst at the same time enhancing the appearance of your home.

All our UPVC roofline products are available in white, golden oak, mahogany and rosewood finishes which all match our windows, so there is something to suit every style of property.

Manufactured to BBA standards, all roofline products carry a 10 year colourfast guarantee.

Roofline Installation Process

  • All old timber fascia and soffits are taken down. We DON’T over clad.
  • Replace or treat all rotten timber
  • Tannerlised batons and backing boards are fitted to the roof rafters to make a solid frame for the new fascia and soffits
  • Replace existing roof felt underneath first row of house tiles with new DPC
  • Bird comb can be fitted to keep the birds out of your roof (optional)
  • No mastic or silicone is used on installation as this wears and will become dirty
  • Tongue & Groove soffit is then fitted short ways for extra strength and this also stops the soffit warping in the future
  • Fascia board is then fixed using polypins into the new tannerlised timber
  • Gutters and downpipes are installed last using rust proof screws and a stringline to create a slight fall for the water to flow freely
  • On a cement reverge we remove all tiles, old cement and undercloak, we then install new undercloak and cement and then replace the existing tiles
